Every Thursday, we will explore new ideas and thoughts to learn and understand why some ideas and thoughts have to be unlearnt. I’ll feature a new essay, share a piece of art that moved me along with personal insights of the week.

Greetings from Mumbai!
We are amidst a bad COVID case surging and a partial lockdown. I hope the scene improves again soon and we do not lose many lives.
Otherwise, I had an exciting week as I started a new job. While I would have liked in-person meetings, virtually meeting new people and understanding a new business has been fun as well. The process has invigorated me, and I can’t wait to implement some excellent campaigns and ideas!
The new beginning led to me slacking in writing my weekly essay. To make up for it, I joined a group of writers from my writing course to take a challenge o write one mini-essay every day for this month! The group (called Writual) has some kickass people, and you all will enjoy the various perspectives!
"When we accept tough jobs as a challenge to our ability and wade into them with joy and enthusiasm, miracles can happen."
Arland Gilbert.
One of my mini-essay this week talked about how our perspective on stress can change how we feel about it.
I firmly believe that our perspective and mindset can help us lead a happy life. The world can be gloomy or full of colors, just about the lens we put on our eyes. To understand this concept, I would urge you all to watch Rashomon by Akira Kursova. It is a 1950 Jidaigeki psychological thriller/crime masterpiece with the most exciting take on perspective ever!
I would love to hear about what resonated with you. And any feedback or conversation starters are welcome!
Until next week!
