Most people think I am shy and introverted when they first meet me. But in reality, I just spend the time listening and observing.  The tradeoff of listening helps me activate my intuition and understand people better. 

My desire to understand human behavior and the mind has followed me from my childhood into my adult life. I studied social sciences and ventured into marketing as a career. While marketing is seen as a creative and numbers-dominated field, at heart it needs a deep understanding of human behavior. I also spend a lot of time analyzing movies, books, and theories to get more insights into how our minds function. MAnd my affinity towards these insights and analysis has not only helped me become a good marketer but also navigate personal obstacles.

In my weekly newsletter, Learn & Unlearn, I will share the discoveries that explain how we can understand ourselves better, build strong relationships, and achieve growth. It’s called Learn & Unlearn because some human behavior theories and insights will lead us to revisit our learned beliefs as well.
